Aha! – Trouble Ticket Number Copied to Service Order Comments

When the “Go to Service Order” icon is used to create a new Service Order from the Trouble Ticket window, a comment is automatically added to the Service Order Comments and references the Trouble Ticket number. This will aid in tracking the origin of the Service Order.
