Trouble Ticket Comments Copied to Service Order

When users add Comments to a Trouble Ticket and select the “Go to Service Order” button the Comments will be copied to existing and new Service Orders created from that Trouble Ticket. This convenience eliminates the need to copy/paste Comments to the Service Order. The Comment will indicate it was copied from the Trouble Ticket and display the Trouble Ticket number.
