MACC Mobile 22.2

Map It- New Service Availability Feature

In conjunction with Customer Master, the Map-It feature in MACC Mobile has been enhanced to include a service availability option. The Service Availability feature of MACC’s product suite allows end-user customers, through the Web-Self Care application, to view what services are offered at their location. In order for your customer service, sales, and technician teams to stay informed, these same mapping dimensions are available for viewing in MACC Mobile through Map-It.

From the Map-It page of MACC Mobile, select the Extra panel to include Service Availability features on your map. The Service Availability Key will display the colors and groupings established in Customer Master for this feature.

SO/SL Lock Indicator

A lock indicator will now be present in the top right corner of Service Orders and/or Sales Leads in a ‘locked’ status. If the locked record changed by a user is the same as the MACC Mobile user the system will allow the SO/SL to be unlocked. Clicking the lock indicator in the top right corner of the screen will process this request. If the locked record changed by user is different, a message will appear indicating the record cannot be processed.

Delinquents

No Penalty Option for Delinquents

A new “No Penalty” option is now available for delinquent accounts, so users have the ability to send a late notice to an account, but keep the account from getting a penalty. An Expire Date, Alert, and reports are available for accounts flagged No Penalty.

A No Penalty check box was added to the Credit Node of the Service Order, with a corresponding Expire Date drop-down calendar. When checked, the account can receive a delinquent notice, but will not get a late fee during the Penalties process. The Expire Date can be set to limit the amount of time the account is exempt from penalties.

A No Penalty Alert is available for both Inquiry and Payments at Maintenance | Common | Alerts, and will display in the Alerts window for any accounts flagged No Penalty.

The Non-Zero Balance Report found in the report’s menu of the Delinquent process, contains a new No Penalty column to aid in identifying No Penalty accounts.

The Credit Attributes report, and the Grid Report – Account can be used to discover accounts flagged as No Penalty. The Credit Attributes report has a new group box for No Penalty Options, and the Grid Report – Account includes No Penalty, and No Penalty Expire Date selections.
