Email on Demand Delinquents

Sending non-print delinquent notifications via Email, Text, or Email-To-Text is a convenience customers often prefer. There are instances when issues with an email address or phone number cause the notice to be undeliverable. To help with this, the ability to resend a delinquent notice to an individual was added to the Delinquent Notice screen.

Packages | Delinquency | Delinquent Notices: A new option was added to the list’s right-click menu in the Delinquent Notices grid: “Send Individual Notice.” When hovering over “Send Individual Notice,” sub-menu item(s) Email, Email-To-Text, and Text appear if notifications are set up for the Delinquent Notice trigger point for that contact type.

Clicking one of the new sub-menu items launches the Delinquent Notice Options screen. The Account Name you are sending the individual notice will appear at the top of the screen.

Once the “Send Notices” button is clicked the notice will be sent to the individual account.
