Our FAVORITE FEATURES in Customer Master 21.2
The ability to auto-fill stage fields
I think clients are going to appreciate the ability to auto-fill stage fields in Service Order, Sales Lead, and Trouble Tickets. The fewer clicks the better!
My favorite enhancement in 21.2 is the ability to upload employee pictures. I like that this enhancement gives customers an extra layer of security. It confirms, via email, that the person at the door has been dispatched from their service provider by allowing a visual confirmation.
Account Contact Information
Clients are really going to like a new feature on the Account Contact Information screen. It will now auto populate the “Show On Ticket” option when adding a new contact.
Auto Send to Third Party Calendar checkbox
I really like the new Auto Send to Third Party Calendar checkbox. The fact that you can send the calendar to a third-party scheduler is awesome and seems like it will help each employee keep all schedules they may have all in one area.

Editing a service order on selective bundles
I like the idea of editing in a service order on selective bundles. Instead of having to out date the current bundle and rebuild a new bundle, you can just change a couple of the “selective options” chosen by a customer.
Billing approval button
The billing approval button in Bill Cycle Processing/Step 5 will be a lot easier to use than having to send an email for approval.
I love the new look and flexibility of options to manage work with the ease of drag and drop events within the calendar.
We added spellcheck functionality in 21.2. This feature will be extremely helpful when creating a new bill message, when adding a comment to an account, or writing a description for a Trouble Ticket.
Automated bill approval
The new automated bill approval enhancement will make the billing process more seamless.
Our FAVORITE FEATURES in Accounting Master 21.2
1099 Error Report
I like the 1099 Error Report, which will provide 1099 validation during the 1099 tax form and eFiling process. It will be really helpful during the upcoming tax season!
Pay Differential Codes for TMS
My favorite new features are the Pay Differential Codes for TMS. They look really easy to set up and will be very helpful for employees who work in the field.
The link between TMS PTO requests and Scheduler
Customers will find the link between Paid Time Off requests in TMS and the Advanced Scheduler in Customer Master to be really useful. It will make it much easier to schedule appointments based on availability.
Reassign Check Numbers Tool
The Reassign Check Numbers Tool is my favorite new feature. The updated tool saves time when reassigning multiple check numbers, allowing users to run one process instead of reassigning check numbers one-by-one.
The new barcode scanning option
I am a fan of the new barcode scanning option in MACC Mobile. It will really be very helpful for all Inventory-related functions.

What’s New in Accounting Master 21.2 will review enhancements related to Reassigning and Reissuing Checks, the introduction of Inventory Bundled Items, PTO Requests displaying in Customer Master Scheduler, along with other report and security role changes.
A microphone and speaker are required for all classes with training delivered using Microsoft Teams.
