ACP Consent Timestamp and Zone ID

Due to USAC requirements, a “Consent Date/Time” and “Consent Time Zone ID” field was added to the FCC ACP screen for ACP reporting purposes. The fields are required for the Transaction Types of verify, enroll, and transfer. The Consent date/time/ID will be included in the ACP batch files sent to USAC as well as any individual records for users of the ACP API interface that sends a single ACP record at the time of entry.
